Department of ENT has been functional at Sigma Hospital since November 2014 and has gradually gained momentum.
Various out-patient and in-patient services provided in this department include
- Diagnostic endoscopies of nose and throat
- Hearing assessment
- Oral and Layngeal biopsies
- Management of infections of ear, nose, throat and neck
- Treatment of allergy and vertigo
- Management of sinusitis, tonsilitis, voice change
- ENT emergencies such as Nose / ear bleed, foreign body in ear / nose / throat
- Surgeries such as Endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), septoplasty, Adenotonsillectomy, Absess I and D. Tracheostomy etc
