She did her post graduation in General Medicine from Bangalore Medical College and was a topper for the batch. She did her DNB Cardiology from Fortis hospital, Cunningham road , Bangalore and received training from reputed senior cardiologists. Her interests lie in cardiac interventions, general cardiology and research. She has presented papers in national and international conferences and published many papers in the field.
