Sridevi Seetharam MD, DNB (Pathology), MA (Bioethics)
She is a graduate of Mysore Medical College and Research Institute, Mysore and did a short stint at the Institute Rotary Cancer Hospital, AIIMS, New Delhi. She completed her Masters in Pathology at the prestigious Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh as a Silver Medalist, a Diplomate of National Board from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi and a Summer Fellowship in HIV Medicine, College of Public Health, University of South Florida, USA. She is also an Erasmus Mundus scholar, Magna cum laude, in the discipline of Bioethics from Katholiek University, Leuven, Belgium. She is certified in Palliative Care and also in Internal Audit and Quality Management Systems: ISO 15189-2012. She was actively involved in the development organization Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement (SVYM) for nearly three decades. She is a visiting faculty at the Vivekananda Institute for Indian Studies, Mysore. She has many paper presentations and paper publications to her credit.
She has been a Consultant Pathologist at SIGMA Hospital since 2015. Her areas of expertise include Clinical Pathology, Lab Chemistry, Hematology, Cytology and Cancer screening, Quality Management Systems and Laboratory Management, Health Research and Biomedical Ethics, Health training and Program Management.
